In light of the current Olympics I came across this Procter & Gamble commercial.
It honors everything that all Moms do to help their children succeed; washing detergent, nappies and kitchen towels aren't usually the first things that spring to mind when thinking of the Olympic Games, and this is what makes the runaway success of P&G's Thank You Mom campaign all the more impressive...
Directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu, who is responsible for award-wining films such as Babel and Biutiful, the new ad was shot on four continents and features local actors and athletes from each location — London, Rio de Janeiro, Los Angeles, and Beijing. It focuses on one mother in each location raising a young athlete and all the work that goes with it.
