VickyCristina’s — A Gastronomical Spanish Experience! ♥

VickyCristina’s, a casual dining concept inspired by the passionate flavours of Spain, has opened up a branch at the Colony Shopping Centre in Hyde Park ...

On the evening we tried an array of Tapas (Spanish snack food, and the favourite way of dining in Spain). Ordering the Grilled VegetablesCrispy CalamariChicken Liver PatéChorizo and Potato (which was delectably spicy), and my personal favourite — the Crumbed Halloumi, which comes with an aubergine puree (Incredible)! All with a couple of glasses of delicious Sangria (and VickyCristina’s makes some good, authentic Sangria!)

Their signature dish is the Coca — Catalonia’s own flatbread that predates pizza and has its own regional traditions and flavours. VickyCristina’s makes and incredible Coca and if you are a lover of incredible thin base flatbread with all kinds of delicious toppings, this one is for you! The ingredients on every coca are freshly prepared, unprocessed and of the highest quality.

The menu at VickyCristina’s has been created for a gastronomical Spanish experience! The venue is one where you can relax and savour the moment as much as the meal with good company and good Sangria. Less formal and more inclusive than the word “gourmet” implies, they call it la vida love food - and they invite you to share the love. A must-visit place! ♥
